Terms of Use
Version 2026-10
1. These terms
These terms are the agreement between you and Reach Network Global, Inc. ("REACH") when you use reachfinder.global, reachnetwork.global, or scan a REACH card. By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use REACH.
2. Who can use REACH
- Anyone may search the finder, read our pages and scan a card.
- You must be at least 13 to create an account or submit a form. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Member accounts are for people connected to a church, through an invitation or that church's join link.
- Church leader accounts are for people authorized to speak for their church.
- REACH is offered to people in the United States.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. The finder and church listings
REACH helps you find a local church. Churches are independent. REACH does not own, run or supervise any church.
- What you see on a church page
- No badge, with the note that details are public information
- What it means
- The listing comes from public sources, such as the church's website or its network's directory. REACH has not confirmed the details with the church.
- What you see on a church page
- "Partner church in the REACH Network"
- What it means
- The church has joined the REACH Network and affirmed its essentials. REACH serves this church; this is not an endorsement.
- What you see on a church page
- "REACH Recommended"
- What it means
- The church has completed REACH's fuller review.
A recommendation is REACH's honest opinion, not a guarantee about any church, its leaders or your experience there. Service times and addresses change; check the church's own website before you visit. If a listing is wrong, use "Suggest a correction" on its page.
REACH is not affiliated with or endorsed by the church networks named on listings.
4. Cards, scans and requests
A REACH card or link leads to a page from REACH and, where it applies, to the church that gave it out. If that church is too far from you, REACH points you to a nearby church it recommends.
When you ask for prayer, ask to be connected, plan a visit or request a Bible, you agree that we pass your request to the people who will follow up, as the Privacy Policy describes. REACH cannot promise how quickly a church will respond.
REACH is not an emergency or counseling service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
5. If you are a member
- Recommend a church or share a link only with people you know personally. Do not use REACH to send bulk or unwanted messages.
- When you enter someone else's name, email or phone number, you confirm you have a real relationship with them and that they would not object to hearing from you.
- What you learn about a person through your card or link, such as their first name or that they asked for prayer, is for prayer and personal follow-up only. Do not post it or pass it on.
- Do not misuse cards: no selling them, altering their codes, or scanning to inflate numbers.
6. If you are a church leader
- Authority. By claiming or joining a church you confirm you are authorized to act for it. REACH may ask for proof and may remove access given in error.
- Accurate information. Keep your church's details truthful and current. Changes to your public page may need REACH's approval before they appear.
- People's contact details. Requests from visitors are entrusted to your church for pastoral follow-up only. You agree to: limit access to the people you place on your follow-up team; not add anyone to a mailing or fundraising list without their own consent; not share, sell or export their details for any other purpose; and delete any copies you made when the person or REACH asks. REACH removes these details after the period stated in the Privacy Policy.
- Photos and content you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them and, for photos of people, their permission. You keep ownership. You give REACH permission to display them on your church's pages and cards. REACH takes photos from your church's website only if you have given permission in your settings.
- Standing. Listing, Network partnership and "REACH Recommended" are decided by REACH under its published standards. REACH may decline an application, or change or remove a church's standing or listing, and placement in the finder cannot be bought.
- Your people. You are responsible for the members and leaders you invite and for removing access when someone leaves.
7. REACH's content and name
The gospel presentation and the pages a card leads to are written and published by REACH. Churches and partners may not edit them. Branded pages show a church's own name, logo and photos around that content.
The REACH name, logos, card designs, website and software belong to REACH. You may share links to our pages freely. You may not copy the service, collect its listings in bulk, interfere with how it works, or use REACH's name to suggest an endorsement REACH has not given.
If you believe something on REACH infringes your copyright, email info@reachnetwork.global with the details and we will review it promptly.
8. Card orders
- Cards are printed to order with codes unique to your church. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe.
- Cancelling. You may cancel for a full refund until your order goes to print. Your order page shows when that happens.
- After printing starts. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, because the cards are made for your church alone.
- If something is wrong. If cards arrive damaged, misprinted or with codes that do not scan, through REACH's or the printer's fault, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint them at no cost.
- Delivery dates are estimates.
- A card's code keeps working for as long as REACH operates the service. REACH may retire a code that is lost, misused or reported.
9. Ending or suspending access
You may stop using REACH at any time and ask us to close your account. REACH may suspend or close an account, or remove a church's access, if these terms are broken, if someone's safety or privacy is at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we will tell you why.
10. No guarantees
REACH is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be online, free of errors, or that every listing is correct.
11. Limits on liability
Churches are independent, and REACH is not responsible for their actions, teaching or follow-up. To the extent the law allows, REACH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you or your church paid REACH in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. Disputes that cannot be resolved go to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
13. Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will post the new version here with its date and email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use REACH after that means you accept the new terms.
