REACH Network โ€” bring the gospel within reach

Privacy Policy

Version 2026-10

1. Who we are

REACH (Reach Network Global, Inc.) is a nonprofit that helps people hear the good news of Jesus Christ and find a local church. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who sees it when you use reachfinder.global, reachnetwork.global, or scan a REACH card (rchscan.com).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show advertising.

Questions: info@reachnetwork.global, or Reach Network Global, Inc., 443 NE 95th Street, Miami Shores, Florida 33138.

Church listings in the finder come from public information such as church websites and network directories. A church leader can claim a listing to correct it or ask us to change it.

If a member sent you a recommendation and you want your details removed, email info@reachnetwork.global.

3. How we use it

  • To show you churches near you and the page your card or link leads to.
  • To pass your prayer request or connection request to the people who will follow up.
  • To tell a member that a card or link they shared was opened, so they can pray and follow up.
  • To run member and church leader accounts, card orders and church pages.
  • To send emails you would expect: sign-in codes, confirmations, notifications and replies. We do not send marketing email unless you sign up for it.
  • To count scans and visits so churches and REACH can see what is working.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix errors.

4. Who sees your information

When you submit a form, your details go to the church connected to the card or link you used. If that church is too far from you, we pass your request to a nearby church that REACH recommends, so that someone local can help.

What they can see
Your name, contact details, what you asked for and when. Every time someone opens your contact details, we record who and when.

Reports technical errors. We remove passwords, emails, phone numbers and visitor contact details before anything is sent.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

5. Cookies and card scans

We set one essential cookie: a random visitor number. It lets us count a scan once instead of many times and connect your later actions to the card or link that first brought you. It holds no name or contact details.

Signing in sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

A card's code identifies the card and the church it belongs to, not you. Scanning it tells us nothing about who you are unless you choose to submit a form.

6. Children

You must be at least 13 to create an account or submit a form. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us their details, email info@reachnetwork.global and we will delete them.

7. How long we keep it

8. Your choices

  • Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it: email info@reachnetwork.global. We reply within 30 days.
  • Withdraw a prayer or connection request at any time; we delete it, which also removes it from the church's follow-up list.
  • Close your account by emailing info@reachnetwork.global.
  • Turn notifications on or off in your dashboard, and unsubscribe from any email using the link in it.
  • Decline location access in your browser and search by ZIP code instead.

9. Security

Contact details are stored separately from activity data, are visible only to the people named in section 4, and every access is recorded. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

10. United States only

REACH is offered to people in the United States, and information is stored in the United States.

11. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will post the new version here with its date and email account holders.
